That means you can return the product for a full refund at any time, for any reason, no questions asked. If you don't like the product, if it's not what you expect it to be, if there's a defect, or if you simply just decide that you want to spend that money on something else, that's okay.

But wait, what's the catch?

Seriously, no questions asked. We won't give you a hard time or make it difficult for you to process your return. We're know our product is the best hammock hanging system on the market and we want you to feel confident it's a good purchase, so if for any reason you decide it's not right for you, send it back and get your money back. Just ship the product back to us and we'll provide a full refund. It's really as simple as that.


The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. If you need to return an item, simply send an email to contact@zipperhammocksystem.com and let us know the reason for you return, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

We'll notify you via e-mail with the status of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your card or bank statement.
